In accordance with Part 7 of Art. 10 Code of Civil Procedure of the Russian Federation, part 3 of article 24. 3 Administrative Code, h. 5 Article. 241 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation, persons participating in a case and citizens present in an open court hearing have the right in writing, as well as using audio recording means, to record the progress of the trial.
Photography, video recording, broadcasting of the hearing by radio and television are allowed with the permission of the court.
If it is necessary to conduct photo or video shooting in the building of the Moscow Regional Court or in the city (district) courts of the Moscow Region, the press service should be notified in advance.
The application for one-time accreditation to the courts of the Moscow region must be sent to the press service of the Moscow regional court.
