Oral appeals of citizens and representatives of organizations are received by telephone helpline 8 (34922) 53100 around the clock in automatic mode.
Transcription of phonograms of oral appeals received by the helpline, and their registration is carried out daily. Applications received on weekends and holidays, as well as after 18.00 (local time), are considered received on the date corresponding to the next working day.
An oral appeal without indicating the name of the applicant (anonymous appeal) or the postal address to which the answer should be sent, as well as appeals in which court decisions are appealed, will not be answered. The Arbitration Court of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District sends a response in writing to the postal address indicated in the appeal.
