Reception of the court
There is a reception in the Tomarinsky District Court.
Reception is conducted daily from 08:30 to 17:00; Friday from 08:30 to 16:45. Break from 12:45 to 14:00. Day off Saturday, Sunday. Phone/fax: (42446) 2-70-82.
The reception is receiving citizens, their representatives, as well as representatives of legal entities, written applications, as well as documents on specific court cases.
Reception of claims, statements, complaints, appeal (private) complaints and submissions.
Issuance of copies of court documents.
Informing citizens about the results of consideration of the appeal to the court.
Providing information and advisory assistance in clarifying procedural legislation and organizing court proceedings.
Upon admission, a citizen must have an identity document with him.
All documents, certificates are issued upon presentation of identity documents to relatives of persons participating in the case or other citizens only if there is a duly issued power of attorney from these persons.
Citizens in a state of alcoholic, drug or other intoxication are not allowed to the reception. In case of aggressive behavior of a citizen, the appointment will be terminated. Department
