In accordance with the Federal Law of February 19, 2018 No. 23-ФЗ "On the Abolition of the Penzhinsky District Court of the Kamchatka Territory and the establishment of a permanent judicial presence as part of the Olyutor district court of the Kamchatka Territory ", adopted by the State On February 9, 2018 and approved by the Federation Council on February 14, 2018, the Penzhinsky District Court of the Kamchatka Territory was abolished with the transfer of the issues related to its administration of justice to the jurisdiction of the Olyutorsky District Court of the Kamchatka Territory.

As part of the Olyutor District Court of the Kamchatka Territory, a permanent judicial presence is formed in the village of Kamenskoye, Penzhinsky District, Kamchatka Territory.

The jurisdiction of the Olyutor District Court of the Kamchatka Territory extends to the territory of the Penzhinsky and Olyutor regions of the Kamchatka Territory within the boundaries existing on the day this Federal Law comes into force.

In accordance with subsection 33 (2) of the Federal Constitutional Law of 7 February 1, N 1-FKZ “On Courts of General Jurisdiction in the Russian Federation” and the Federal Law of February 19, 2018 N 23-FZ “On the Abolition of and the Penzhinsky District Court of the Kamchatka Territory and the formation of a permanent judicial presence as part of the Olyutor District Court of the Kamchatka Territory ”formed a permanent judicial presence as part of the Olyutorsky District Court of the Kamchatka Territory in the village of Kamenskoye, Penzhinsky District, Kamchatka Territory.

A permanent judicial presence has been created in order to bring justice closer to the location or place of residence of persons involved in the case who are or reside in remote areas.

The permanent judicial presence of the Olyutor district court of the Kamchatka Territory is a separate division of the court and exercises its powers.

In the division of the Olyutor district court of the Kamchatka Territory (v. Kamenskoye), justice is administered by the judge of the Olyutor District Court of the Kamchatka Territory Anna Ivanovna Kovalenko.
