| Reception of citizens is carried out throughout the working day at the reception of the court |
Reception of citizens with statements of claim (complaints) is carried out in the reception area of the court by an assistant judge throughout the working day on the 1st floor, office No. 2 , tel. 8 (831 57) 2-24-27.
The admission of visitors to the courthouse is carried out in a pass mode if there are identity documents with registration at the post of the federal bailiff service.
Reception of correspondence, inquiries and appeals of citizens, applications for the issuance of copies of documents is carried out by employees of the court apparatus throughout the working day on the 1st floor, office No. 3, tel. 8 (831 57) 2-19-57.
Schedule of reception of citizens in the Koverninsky District Court
1. Reception of citizens, their representatives, as well as representatives of legal entities is carried out by employees of the court apparatus, who are part of the reception of the court, from Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 17:00; on Friday from 08:00 to 16:00; on the first and third Saturday of the month from 09:00 to 13:00 (except for the lunch break from 12:00 to 12:48).
2. Reception of citizens is carried out without prior appointment in the order of priority of application. Upon admission, a citizen must have an identity document (passport) with him.

3. 1 Judge's assistant, accepts statements of claim, appeals (private) complaints, submissions, provides information and advisory assistance in clarifying procedural legislation and organizing court proceedings.
3. 2 The chief specialist accepts written applications, documents on specific court cases, complaints against the actions of judges or employees of the court apparatus, issuing copies of court documents, informing citizens about the results of considering their appeals to the court, providing information and advisory assistance in explaining the organization of court proceedings.
4. Reception of citizens by the chairman of the court (judge) is held on Monday from 16:00 to 17:00, Thursday from 09:00 to 10:00.
5. Note: Nonresident persons are issued the necessary documents, taking into account the possibility on the day of application.
