District Court Management

Acting Chairman of the Novoorsk District Court of the Orenburg Region, Oksana Borisovna Kviring, was born on November 29, 1978. In 2001 she graduated from the law faculty of the Orenburg Agrarian University. Appointed to the office of a federal judge by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of August 23, 2010 No. 1057 without limiting the term of office, began work in September 2010. Prior to her appointment as a judge, she worked as a court clerk, assistant judge of the Dzerzhinsky District Court of Orenburg. By the decision of the qualification board of the Orenburg region on April 20, 2018, the fifth qualification class was awarded. By order of the Orenburg Regional Court dated October 22, 2020 No. 291/О, the duties of the chairman of the Novoorsk District Court of the Orenburg Region were temporarily assigned.

The judge of the Novoorsk District Court of the Orenburg Region, Anatoly Ivanovich Levchenkov, was born on August 16, 1971. Graduated from the Chelyabinsk Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in 2001. Appointed to the position of a judge of the Novoorsk District Court by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated December 02, 2009 No. 1374 without limiting the term of office. He started his duties on December 21, 2009. Prior to his appointment, Anatoly Ivanovich worked in the internal affairs bodies, as an assistant to the magistrate. Since December 19, 2005, he was a magistrate judge of the court district No. 2 of the Novoorsk district of the Orenburg region. By the decision of the qualification board of the Orenburg region dated November 21, 2014, he was awarded the fifth qualification class.
