Reception of citizens
The Chairman of the Oktyabrsky City Court of the Republic of Belarus receives citizens:
on Wednesday from 15:00 to 17:00.
The reception of the court receives citizens:
from Monday to Thursday - from 08:30 to 13:15; from 14:00 to 17:30;
on Friday and pre-holiday days - from 08:30 to 13:15; from 14:00 to 16:15;
Reception of visitors on issues of familiarization with the materials of civil cases is carried out during the working hours of the court. For all categories of visitors, familiarization with the case materials on a general basis. The secretary of court sessions, assistant judges and the archivist introduce the case materials, in accordance with the official regulations. The administrator of the court does not receive visitors. The chairman of the court is receiving citizens on Wednesday from 15:00 to 17:00 on a first-come, first-served basis. Judges in the Oktyabrsky City Court do not receive visitors.

Changes have been made to the work schedule. From October 13, 2020, the Oktyabrsky City Court of the Republic of Bashkortostan establishes the following working hours.
1. Only participants in legal proceedings with documents confirming this (passport, notice) are allowed into the court building.
Persons who enter the trial directly on the day of visiting the Oktyabrsky City Court of the Republic of Belarus, when issuing a pass, must present documents confirming their authority to participate in the case (warrant, power of attorney).
2. Participants in the trial are advised to arrive at the court on time, but not earlier than 10 minutes before the start of the court session.
3. At the entrance to the court building, the participants in the proceedings are required to wear personal protective equipment that they provide themselves, as well as undergo non-contact body temperature control.
4. Personal reception of citizens is temporarily suspended.
5. Documents, complaints and applications of a procedural and non-procedural nature must be sent to the court by Russian post, facsimile or electronically. In the same way, copies of judicial acts and other documents are provided.
6. Information on the progress and results of the consideration of cases is provided by telephone or on the official website of the court in the "Courtwork" section.
7. Familiarization with the case materials is carried out by appointment with an interval of up to 45 minutes for study and compliance with the above sanitary requirements.
8. Entrance to the court building is possible only in personal protective equipment (masks, respirators, gloves), after temperature control and hand sanitizing.
9. Persons with a body temperature of 37 degrees Celsius and above, with signs of an infectious disease, as well as persons who have refused to control their body temperature and do not have personal protective equipment, are not allowed into the courthouse;
10. When staying in the public area of ​​the court (lobby, corridors) and in courtrooms, maintaining a social distance (1.5 - 2 meters) is mandatory.
