On February 23, 2011, paragraphs 1-9 of Article 1 of the Federal Law of February 21, 2010 No. 14-FZ “On the abolition of some district courts of the Samara region” entered into force. In connection with the aforementioned Federal Law, the small Bolshechernigovsky District Court of the Samara Region was abolished, and the issues of administration of justice related to it were transferred to the Bolsheglushitsky District Court of the Samara Region.
Since the entry into force of the above Federal Law, court cases and materials are considered by judges of the Bolsheglushitsky District Court of the Samara Region as in the building of the Bolsheglushitsky District Court at the address: 446180, Samara Region, village Bolshaya Glushitsa, pl. 60th anniversary of October, 1, and in the building of the abolished Bolshechernigovsky district court at the address: 446290 Samara region, village Bolaya Chernigovka, Shkolny lane, 7.
