Chairman of the Court Musaev Batyr Akhmedgadzhievich. Born January 1, 1958. In 1976 he graduated from high school with a gold medal, then in 1981 he graduated from the law faculty of Omsk State University. After graduation from September 1981 to October 1983, he worked as a legal adviser in various economic organizations of the Chelyabinsk region, served in the Soviet Army in Ukraine. From January 1984 to July 1994, Musaev B.A. worked in the prosecutor's office of the Republic of Dagestan, successively holding the positions of trainee, assistant prosecutor, senior investigator of the Izberbash prosecutor's office, prosecutor of the investigative department of the prosecutor's office of the Republic of Dagestan. From 1988 to June 1994 he was the prosecutor of the cities of Yuzhno-Sukhokumsk and Buynaksk.
