COVID-19
From January 26, 2022, visitors to the Georgievsky City Court of the Stavropol Territory, including participants in legal proceedings, while in the building of the Georgievsky City Court of the Stavropol Territory, must use personal respiratory protection (masks, respirators) and hands (gloves).
Persons who do not comply with these requirements will not be allowed into the court building.

Reception and issuance of documents is recommended to be carried out by postal service and via e-mail of the Georgievsky City Court of the Stavropol Territory.
Participants in court hearings are admitted to the court building only at the appointed time and for the period of consideration of the case, after non-contact body temperature control carried out by bailiffs, mandatory hand sanitizing and personal protective equipment (masks, respirators, gloves).
It is forbidden to enter the courthouse if you have symptoms of coronavirus infection (COVID-19) and acute respiratory viral disease.
Participants in court sessions with a body temperature of 37 degrees Celsius and above or refusal to control body temperature are not allowed into the courthouse.
Access to the court of persons who are not participants in trials is limited, with the exception of representatives of the media.
It is obligatory to wear masks in the courthouse. Participants in court sessions provide themselves with masks.
In the court building, it is mandatory to maintain a social distance of 1.5 - 2.0 meters.
The Georgievsk City Court of the Stavropol Territory recommends sending documents to the court by post or by filling out forms posted on the court's official website on the Internet information and telecommunications network.
All cases scheduled for consideration at a court session from July 26, 2021 are considered if the court has information about the proper notification of the participants in the process and the absence of their petitions to postpone the consideration of the case for another period for a good reason, including due to with the isolation regime in order to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection.

Organization of court hearings using a videoconferencing system (VCS) is carried out in accordance with Art. 278.1 Code of Criminal Procedure, Art. 155. 1 Code of Civil Procedure of the Russian Federation, art. 142 of the CAS of the Russian Federation and the Regulations on the organization of the use of videoconferencing in the preparation and conduct of court hearings, approved by order of the Judicial Department at the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation of December 28, 2015 N 401.
Videoconferencing sessions (VCS) are held in depending on the schedule of court sessions and the employment of the courtrooms of the Georgievsky City Court.
