The Bratsk District Court informs that for faster consideration of the submitted applications and appeals, the notification of the participants about the place and time of the consideration of the case can be made by SMS notifications.
If the information about the delivery of the SMS notification to the subscriber is not received within 24 hours, the notification will be duplicated!
If the SMS notification was not delivered to the subscriber after it was sent again, court summonses are sent to the court session participants by mail with a notification of delivery .
SMS-notification is not sent if the participant of court sessions needs to send documents or materials. In this case, notification or summons to court takes place in the usual manner by sending a court summons along with a set of documents by registered mail.
