Territorial jurisdiction
In accordance with the Federal Law of the Russian Federation of December 29, 2020 No. 466-FZ "On the territorial jurisdiction of garrison military courts" From January 1, 2021, the jurisdiction of the Astrakhan Garrison Military Court extends to military units, institutions of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, other troops, military formations and bodies deployed in the territories:
1. Astrakhan region (with the exception of the territory of the closed administrative-territorial formation Znamensk);
2. Lagansky district of the Republic of Kalmykia;
3. Chernozemelsky district of the Republic of Kalmykia;
4. Yustinsky district of the Republic of Kalmykia;
5. Yashkul district of the Republic of Kalmykia.
