Territorial jurisdiction
The jurisdiction of the Odintsovo Garrison Military Court has transferred the administration of justice related to the jurisdiction of the abolished Krasnoznamensky Garrison Military Court.
Today, the Odintsovo Garrison Military Court organizationally operates in two territories, directly at the location of the court (Odintsovo) headed by the chairman of the court, 4 judges, employees of the court apparatus, and also at the place of permanent judicial presence (Krasnoznamensk) consisting of the deputy chairman of the court, 3 judges and employees of the apparatus. Structurally, the Court is subordinate to the 2nd Western District Military Court.
The Odintsovo Garrison Military Court administers justice in accordance with the cognizance of cases established by law on the territory where military garrisons, troops, military formations and bodies in which military service is provided for by federal law, stationed in Volokolamsk, Lotoshinsky, Odintsovo, Mozhaysky municipal districts Moscow Region, the urban districts of Vlasikha, Voskhod, Zvenigorod, Istra, Krasnogorsk, Krasnoznamensk, Ruza, Shakhovskaya, Moscow Region, and the territory at the location of military units and organizations that were under the jurisdiction of the abolished Krasnoznamensky garrison military court.

You can get to the Odintsovo garrison military court in the following ways:
1) By bus to the stops "Bakovskiy Zavod" or "Odex" in Odintsovo, then walk in the direction Bakovsky plant (see map):
№ 339 - from Odintsovo station and st. Metro Park Pobedy in Moscow;
No. 461 - from Odintsovo station and Yugo-Zapadnaya metro station in Moscow;
