Territorial jurisdiction
In accordance with the Federal Law "On the Territorial Jurisdiction of Garrison Military Courts" dated December 29, 2020 No. 466-FZ the jurisdiction of the Zaozersk garrison military court extends to military units, institutions of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, other troops, military formations and bodies deployed in the territories of the closed administrative-territorial formation of the city of Zaozersk, Pechenga district of the Murmansk region.
