The Sochi Garrison Military Court is a court of general jurisdiction, under the jurisdiction of the Southern District Military Court.
Under the jurisdiction of the Sochi Garrison Military Court are military units deployed in the territories of the urban district of the resort city of Sochi, the urban district of Sirius, the Tuapse district of the Krasnodar Territory and in the Republic of Abkhazia.
