Territorial jurisdiction of the Novocherkassk garrison military court
In accordance with the Federal Law of the Russian Federation of December 29, 2020 No. 466-FZ Jurisdiction of the Novocherkassk garrison military court extends to the territory where military garrisons, troops, military formations and bodies are located, in which military service is provided by federal law, deployed in the cities of Gukovo, Donetsk, Zverevo, Kamensk-Shakhtinsky, Novocherkassk, Novoshakhtinsk, Shakhty, as well as in Belokalitvinsky , Bokovsky, Verkhnedonsky, Kamensky, Kasharsky, Krasnosulinsky, Millerovsky, Morozovsky, Oktyabrsky, Tarasovsky, Ust-Donetsky, Chertkovsky, Sholokhov districts of the Rostov region.
The said territory hosts military units and institutions of the Southern Military District, the Southern District Administration of the National Guard of Russia, the Frontier Directorate of the Federal Security Service of Russia for the Rostov Region, as well as other troops, military formations and bodies in which military service is provided for by federal law.
