Territorial jurisdiction
The jurisdiction of the Border District Court extends to the territory of the Border Municipal District of the Primorsky Territory (in accordance with the law of the Primorsky Territory dated 06. 12. 2014 No. 184-KZ "On the Border Municipal District").
The Border District Court considers cases in accordance with Article 32 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 28,29,30,31 of the Civil Procedure Code of the Russian Federation and Article 23. 1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.
